WHAT TO VISIT IN ARCHES, CANYONLANDS AND MOAB
Moab is the great hub for adventure tours. Trips in the nearby Arches Park and Canyonlands Park range from half-day to week-long retreats.
There are dozens of licensed tour operators in Moab, ready to offer you top trips (tour operators are rather unavoidable, for those who want to enjoy the region secrets and beauties; you will never reach some places and musts without their guiding). Just choose the type of tour operator and tour: river tour, jeep tour, mountain biking tour (or local flight tour)...
BEST TIME TO VISIT MOAB, ARCHES AND CANYONLANDS
Spring is the best time to travel to the south parks of Utah: Spring has mild temperatures and very good weather and many park plants are in bloom. Fall is also a good season, with agreable temperatures and less people (in October and November) and better accommodation deals.
WHEN NOT TO GO TO ARCHES, CANYONLANDS AND MOAB
Summer is a popular season, but is is also a very hot and crowded period.
Winter has many nice days, but it isn't exactly the best period for outdoor activities. Tours can be cancelled due to weather conditions.
