BEST TIME TO VISIT MINNESOTA
If you're looking for animation, lake life, sports and outdoors, then Summer (and late Spring and early Fall) is the right time to visit Minnesota.
Weather wise, Summer, early Autumn and late Spring are also the best times to visit Minnesota.
Minnesota's winters are severe, extremely cold and with intense rainfalls. Snowstorms and ice storms are frequent in December, January and February. So, unless you intend to enjoy indoor activities or visit the Mall of America, do not choose the winter months or even early Spring and late Fall.
WHEN NOT TO GO TO MINNESOTA
You may want to avoid the winter months, when temperatures attain very low levels, and snowstorms strike Minnesota.
For low accommodation rates, July and August aren't good picks.
See the Twin Cities Weather Map for details on the weather.
HOTELS AND FLIGHTS
