VISIT NORTH-WESTERN MARYLAND
Northern and Western Maryland's Summer oscilates
between mild and hot.
There are very hot and humid days in summer, but most of the days are
mild. July is the warmest month, and also the rainy month along
with
August.
In winter the weather tends to be harsh and disagreeable in the
western mountains. January is the coldest month.
Mid and late Spring have many mild days, as well as Fall. These
mild periods involve around 130 days in Garrett County. Summer
is popular among water-sports enthusiasts in Deep Greek Lake.
Snow is common in the
northwest regions of Maryland, close to Pennsylvania border
(Garret County): the Deep Greek Lake region is very popular
among winter sports lovers.
WHEN NOT
TO GO TO WESTERN MARYLAND
To avoid the risk of disagreeable weather conditions, avoid the
most extreme weather periods: the hot and humid July-August period and the
December-February cold period.
Anyway, it all depends on your interests: water-sports
enthusiasts will love Deep Greek Lake region in Summer. And
